The Atlas building in Perth CBD was the first concrete building built in Perth in 1930. The refurbishment of the building presented challenges for the facilities designers, with the heritage listing stating no internal penetrations could be made for services. The solution designed and delivered by Turner Engineering was to use LG’s new round VRF cassettes which are designed for installation in exposed areas.
The installation consisted of LG’s round cassettes connected to 7 Multi V 5 heat pump VRF systems across all the levels.
